Thanks to Director Phil McCarty and producer Phree Swearingen, we can now report that “The Learning Curve” will be screened at the 5th Annual Lady Filmmakers Film Festival, at the Charles Aidikoff Theater in Beverly Hills. The 16 minute short film starring Matthew Gray Gubler will be part of Film Program #6, 11:30 am Sunday September 29th. Tickets for Program #6 are just $10.00 and can be purchased by clicking here. The short film, is an adaptation of a story entitled “The Learning Curve” by author David Sedaris. It can be found in his collection of essays entitled “Me Talk Pretty One Day”. Matthew plays Sedaris as he recalls his job teaching a writing workshop while being highly unqualified.
